Return Policy

Return privileges vary by manufacturer. Most (not all) items that remain manufacturer sealed and are fewer than 30 days old from date of invoice will receive an RMA in 24 to 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without receiving an RMA number in advance.

 

Types of Returns

 

Defective Product Returns

  • Most defective products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for credit, replacement, exchange or repair at ITsavvy’s option. After 30 days, product support is provided by the manufacturer per the terms of the manufacturer warranty.

Non-Defective Product Returns

  • Most non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for credit or exchange at ITsavvy’s option. Non-defective items being returned for a credit or exchange will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, Minimum of $15.00. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.

 

Restricted Product Returns

  • Some products may not qualify for return to ITsavvy. Please contact directly the manufacturer.

 

Special Order(s)

  • Special order products are non-returnable and may only be returned for repair or replacement to the manufacturer. While ITsavvy is not able to process returns or exchanges on these products, we are always here to assist in facilitating support calls with the manufacturer.

 

Open Software and Consumables

  • Open software and consumables including, but not limited to, toner and ink cartridges, rollers, paper, ribbons and backup tapes may not be returned to ITsavvy and may only be returned for repair or replacement to the manufacturer. While ITsavvy is not able to process returns or exchanges on these products, we are always here to assist in facilitating support calls with the manufacturer.

 

In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Account number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/return/exchange/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed.

 

Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.

 

Client is responsible for shipping charges to distribution center for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement if it was an ordering error by the Client. Client is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange, credit or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage, and shipment must be sent prepaid. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express. This is for your protection as well as ours to ensure quick action on your return.
