    Chairman of the Board

    Prior to launching GenNx360 Capital Partners, Ronald founded and managed Blaylock & Company, one of the top investment banking firms in the country. The firm underwrote and advised on over $150B in transactions in 2005 alone. Blaylock & Co. participated in transactions for a diverse, blue-chip roster of clients that included AT&T, Boeing, CIT, GE, Google, Time Warner, UPS, and Verizon, among other Fortune 500 companies. Ronald serves on the boards of numerous corporate and non-profit organizations including Pfizer, W.R. Berkley, Inc., CarMax, Advantage Solutions, Carnegie Hall, and the New York University Board of Trustees. In 1999, Blaylock was voted Capital Raiser of the Year by Corporate Finance Magazine. In 2005, he was named one of the Most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street by Black Enterprise Magazine and was also named Man of the Year by the Covenant House for his charity work with that organization. Mr. Blaylock earned his M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his B.S. in finance and marketing from Georgetown University.

    Munu Gandhi

    Chief Executive Officer

    Munu is the CEO of ITsavvy. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm and executing delivery of world-class solutions for its clients. Munu has 27 years of experience in leading international organizations, with specific expertise in technology, client service, sales, operations, and development of human capital. Previously, Munu has held global leadership roles at Aon, Xerox, GE, and McDonald’s, and started his career at Accenture. Munu is a frequent speaker at industry and analyst events, discussing the evolution to the experience economy, digital transformation, and organizational and cultural transformation. He has served as an advisor to VCs & founders and enjoys coaching and mentoring future leaders. Munu currently serves on the advisory boards for CloudNatix, oak9 and boldstart ventures. He also serves on the board of directors for the Academy for Urban School Leadership. Munu earned an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Northwestern University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is a voracious reader, and enjoys time with his family and friends, travel, and golf. He resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his family.

    Chris Kurpeikis

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Chris has boomeranged his natural sales affinity and strong work ethic into a personal success story that fuels the American Dream. Chris left an award-winning sales career at Dartek Computer Supply in 2004 to co-found B2B Computer Products, now ITsavvy. He has built the sales team from the ground up with industry-leading performers who continue to produce at least double-digit revenue growth year after year. As Chief Revenue Officer, Chris oversees all Sales and Marketing activities, with an emphasis on continued market share growth. Chris has a bachelor’s degree in General Studies/Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

    Bob Beard

    Chief Financial Officer

    As ITsavvy’s Chief Financial Officer, Bob’s primary responsibilities include the strategic direction, expansion, and operation of the firm’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring scalability with ITsavvy’s growth. He leads a motivated, hard-working team committed to service and excellence. Bob brings a focused, driven approach to his role that he cultivated in his experiences as a finance leader and high-level athlete and Division-I soccer player. He brings a wealth of strategic management and leadership experience to the ITsavvy team. His public accounting work, operational finance and M&A roles at his previous companies have enabled Bob to effect meaningful change since joining ITsavvy. Bob and his team will implement a new ERP system, which will infuse real-time reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making throughout ITsavvy’s financial systems. Bob earned his bachelors’ degrees in Finance and Accountancy from DePaul University and is a CPA. Bob enjoys spending time with his friends and family, running, cooking, traveling, and playing golf.

    Heather Carlson

    Senior Vice President, Partner Management

    Heather joined the company in 2016 has been central to Partner Management at ITsavvy since creating the team in 2017. Now as Vice President, Partner Management, she is responsible for bringing vendors’ solutions together with clients’ needs across ITsavvy’s entire spectrum of services. Heather reports to CRO Chris Kurpeikis, and manages a dedicated Partner Management team of nine, a team that’s been growing over the years, even during the pandemic; her team coordinated a series of webinars and other virtual events during 2020 to keep solutions vendors and ITsavvy clients connected and moving forward. Heather graduated from Arizona State University in 1999, where she earned her B.S. in Marketing. She practically built her department from the ground up and is now focused on scaling up both its human and business processes to continue bringing the best technologies to ITsavvy’s clients.

    Glenn Davis

    Chief Operating Officer

    Glenn, a knowledgeable and trusted industry leader, offers over 20 years of success in services management, field sales engineering, solution portfolio development, and client success delivery. As Chief Operating Officer for ITsavvy, Glenn is focused on applying his experience to deliver efficiencies in ITsavvy’s services delivery, information technology and client support operations. By addressing the most intricate and unpredictable challenges, Glenn is committed to leading the organization towards continuously reducing friction throughout the entire client lifecycle experience. Complementing his technical and management strengths are Glenn’s dynamic interpersonal skills and talent for communicating highly complex concepts into clear, easily actionable terms. Glenn earned his BS in Management Information Systems from Rowan University and enjoys spending time with his family on weekend Jeep adventures and tinkering with an ever-growing list of passion projects.

    Greg Degleffetti

    Chief Sales Officer

    Greg brings exemplary insights and value to his role by prioritizing the difference between real leadership and mere management. Overseeing a diverse team of 10 sales division leaders—each running part of the sales organization, by region or by practice—Greg’s 25 years of experience (including leadership training at West Point) give him the foundation to build excellence in others as he continues to enhance ITsavvy’s value proposition around the client experience. Reporting to CRO Chris Kurpeikis, Greg is committed to fostering a values driven culture of mutual respect and support, where a bias toward urgency and action are the driving strategy behind every decision. In 2020, his first full year in the role, ITsavvy sales achieved three significant milestones: record sales revenue, record profitability and delivering the company’s largest client engagement to date. He is committed to meeting ITsavvy’s goals for growth—and doing so with a collaborative spirit.

    Will Rodgers

    Vice President, Corporate Development

    Will Rodgers serves as Vice President of Corporate Development for ITsavvy. In this role, he works to achieve the Company’s strategic goals through the sourcing, planning, execution and integration of mergers and acquisitions. Will joins us from CDW, where he developed corporate strategy and led corporate development efforts, including M&A, joint ventures, partnerships and strategic investments. Prior to that, Will spent 15 years in investment banking, specializing in M&A  advisory for clients across a broad range of technology and services industries.  Will earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and holds a BA from Princeton University.   In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his family, collecting records, traveling and playing soccer. He lives in Chicago with his wife and their four children.

    Milind Shah

    Chief Technology Officer

    Milind is a dynamic innovator and business leader in various technology, services, and sales functions. As the Chief Technology Officer, Milind is focused on evaluating new technologies, tracking market trends and develop go-to-market plans to improve goods and services for ITsavvy clients. Milind has 17 years of experience in IT, both as a client and as a sales leader. He has experience in cross-functional solution selling, designing extensive multi-cloud architectures, and business process optimization across diverse retail, manufacturing, and healthcare firms. Milind earned a BS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

    John Skeffington

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    John oversees all of ITsavvy’s human resources functions, including full-cycle recruiting, benefits, and insurance. John joined the company in 2011, bringing a strong background in talent acquisition and executive recruiting to ITsavvy. Since then he has designed and implemented our talent augmentation solution, savvyTalent®, and serves as its practice leader. John is responsible for automating our onboarding and offboarding processes and developing new models for performance reviews. He also assists ITsavvy with workforce planning and organizational development.

    Dave Theriault

    Vice President, Business Development

    Dave is involved in much more than his title alone implies. While his primary responsibilities revolve around the management of some of ITsavvy’s most strategic client relationships, Dave also helps guide ITsavvy’s overall corporate strategy. Reporting to CRO Chris Kurpeikis, he also was the prime driver behind the launch of the company’s Field Services and IT Lifecycle Management divisions and led the design and launch of the new website. Today, he is focused on scaling the organizations approach/engagement model with its top clients, while improving ITsavvy’s online profile to empower better client experiences. Dave graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a B.A. in Finance and has been a part of the ITsavvy team in a number of roles since 2015 before becoming a Vice President in 2019.

    Latasha Akoma

    Board Member

    Latasha is an Operating Partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners. She brings over 25 years of managerial experience in all aspects of manufacturing, operations, and business strategies. Latasha is a detailed and process-oriented professional with hands-on experience leading safety, quality, cost, and product launches in a lean production environment. She brings strong leadership, management, and technical experience in executing business objectives to achieve operational excellence. Latasha’s focus is driving strong performance, operational efficiencies, and profitability across the GenNx portfolio companies in addition to working with its deal team to identify and evaluate new opportunities. Most recently, Latasha held several executive leadership positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. She joined HDMC as the Director of Operations in 2009, responsible for vehicle assembly and materials management. In 2011, she was promoted to General Manager of Tomahawk Operations where she was responsible for two facilities, implementing a new labor agreement, lean manufacturing, productivity and launching one of Harley-Davidson’s most significant motorcycle launches. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Latasha was a Senior Manager of Paint Operations at Chrysler (formerly DaimlerChrysler) where she held a variety of increasing senior leadership positions in operations and general management. Latasha serves on the board of American Woodmark Corporation (NASDAQ: AMWD), one of the nation’s largest cabinet makers. She also serves on the board of Lion Electric Company (NYSE:LEV), a leading OEM in transportation electrification in North America. Latasha holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Energy & Robotics from Howard University.

    Mike Theriault

    Board Member

    An ambitious entrepreneur from an early age, Mike has spent his career pushing the boundaries of the IT industry. In 2004, he co-founded B2B Computer Products, now ITsavvy after eyeing the need for a provider of product delivery and IT solutions. Today ITsavvy is recognized as one of the fastest growing companies of its kind in the U.S. ITsavvy is a natural progression of Mike’s tech background and leadership experience. In 1978 he founded Dartek Computer Supply, overseeing its phenomenal success. After selling the business to Systemax, he stayed on as VP of Operations and Technology, among many accomplishments, he opened the company’s first retail store. When Mike saw an opportunity for a hybrid IT provider, he founded B2B Computer. And with a strong commitment to giving back, Mike leads ITsavvy’s support and advocacy of community activities that touch the lives of our employees, vendors and clients.

    Lloyd Trotter

    Board Member

    Lloyd Trotter is Founder and Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners, launching the firm after nearly 40 years with General Electric. During his GE career, Lloyd was named Vice Chairman, General Electric, and President and CEO of GE Industrial, where he was responsible for a $28B business with nearly 80,000 employees worldwide. Prior to this role, Lloyd was Executive Vice President of Operations where he led efforts to improve operational excellence across GE’s businesses. Lloyd is a founding member of GE’s African American Forum. He represented GE for America’s Promise, an organization aiming to increase volunteerism in support of youth. He has received numerous GE awards including the 2001 Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a recipient of the prestigious Bernard H. Falk Award, recognizing Lloyd’s many contributions to the electro-industry and to the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). Lloyd has also been honored by the Harlem YMCA, from which he received the Black Achievers in Industry Award. The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) established the Lloyd Trotter African American Forum Scholarship in recognition for Lloyd’s on-going commitment to volunteerism and mentoring. Lloyd is also the recipient of the prestigious Candle in the Dark Award from Morehouse College and the Benjamin E. Mays Award from A Better Chance for his commitment to promoting education and diversity. In 2005, Black Enterprise Magazine named Lloyd one of the 75 Most Powerful African Americans in Corporate America. Most recently, Lloyd was a recipient of the National Urban Technology Center’s Corporate & Philanthropy Leadership Award for his work helping underserved students in our most fragile communities reach their highest academic potential and find entrepreneurial success. Lloyd has served on the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), and the GE Foundation. He also served on the board of Textron, Inc., Meritor, Inc., PepsiCo and Daimler AG. Lloyd graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA), and in 2001 the school awarded him an honorary doctorate degree. Lloyd has also been awarded an honorary doctorate degree from the School of Business at North Carolina A&T and St. Augustine’s University

    Peter White

    Board Member

    Peter is a Vice President at GenNx360 Capital Partners. At GenNx360, Peter focuses on sourcing, structuring and executing transactions and supporting portfolio company strategies. Prior to GenNx360, Peter was an Analyst at Credit Suisse working in the Global Industrials Group, where he focused primarily on M&A advisory and sponsor-backed LBO financings. Peter began his career as an Analyst with the Industrials group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. He has over 10 years of M&A and investing experience having closed more than 30 transactions equating to ~$2 billion in value. Peter received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
