    What You’ll Do 

    • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Networker on complex large-scale customer infrastructure and enterprise backup solutions.   
    • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and thorough manner to include appropriate communications to the end user.

    Primary Accountabilities 

    • Responsible for engaging and establish organizations as buying clients of our products and services
    • Identify new relationships to sell forward
    • Work with a dedicated assistant to take care of client service issues, returns, and collections
    • Help design and deliver high-end solutions to your clients with our IN-HOUSE Advanced Solutions Group
    • Ability to offer your clients full VOIP and video solutions via ITsavvy’s Unified Communications group
    • Ability to offer your clients full Cloud & Managed Service Solutions via ITsavvy’s Managed Service group
    • Work with configuration lab to deliver full solutions to your client
    • Secure online e-commerce site that includes serial number and software, the license manager
    • Prospect new business opportunities with existing and new customers

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 5+ years of successful VAR experience 
    • Work from home experience
    • High School Diploma
    • Diligent work ethic
    • Great communication skills, in-person and on the phone
    • Superior organizational skills

     Preferred

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Some college degree work

    Job Description 

    We have some of the most experienced, creative and smart IT people on the planet, and we’re looking to add to our team. We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about helping clients use technology to improve and expand their organizations. 

    The ideal candidate has experience configuring desktops, laptops and servers with a special talent for working in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. We’re also looking for an individual that is up-to-date on the latest technologies and brings with them great enthusiasm for the role! 

     

    Primary Accountabilities 

    • Imaging/image decommissioning support services 
    • Imaging and image prep for desktops, laptops and mobile devices  
    • Local data transfers  
    • Experience providing daily real time documentation of communicating transactions, issues, repairs and installation activities   
    • Ensuring integrity of electronic data records  
    • Tracking equipment and inventory  
    • Experience with network bootable files  
    • Solid understanding of W7 an W10 installations  
    • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures, assignments and priority  
    • Unpacks appropriate CPU, hardware, software and configures each with default or custom specifications 
    • RAM, hard drive, and optical drive installation  
    • Research hardware and software literature to keep up to date on new products/service developments 

    Qualifications 

    • 1-3 years experience working in a hardware lab, demo lab, or computer system repair, PC deployment environment 
    • 1-year minimum experience with PC and MAC hardware and software  
    • 1-year minimum experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN 
    • Current A+ Certification required 

    Success Indicators: 

    • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, (assembly line environment) 
    • Must have a team player attitude 
    • Must have the ability to work independently with little supervision 
    • Must be able to focus on quality and client satisfaction 
    • Quality Check process and procedures experience is a plus! 

     

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee could be required to stand.
