Job Description

The Solution Analyst will be responsible for becoming the Subject Matter Expert in ITsavvy’s internal applications, Microsoft Power BI, and Autotask. In this role, you will be responsible for developing best practices for all internal ITsavvy applications and act as the liaison between our Developer and IT management teams. Solutions Analyst Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • You will be the subject matter expert and be responsible for developing best practices for all internal ITsavvy applications including but not limited to the following: savvyPortal, savvyCRM, Acumatica, Autotask, Power BI, Microsoft Cube, and Punchout2GO.
  • Act as a liaison between our Developer and IT Management teams.
  • You will help design and create the workflow of new IT projects.
  • You will be responsible for managing the Systems Support inbox and handling requests as it relates to troubleshooting for our sales teams and others.
  • Handle quality control of new development and break-fix items.
  • Help and assist with developing best practices for all internal applications.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Solutions Analyst Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • MS Dynamics experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have knowledge of Autotask, Act-ON, Ambition, and SSR Reports.
  • Must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize several projects.
  • Must be available for occasional night/weekend deployments.
