Service Manager

We have some of the most experienced, creative, and smart IT people in the world, and we’re looking to add to our Advanced Solutions Group. We’re seeking a proactive Service Manager to join our fast growing and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone in their early career who is an organized self-starter while having great attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. We drive ourselves every day to push the boundaries, improve the process, and deliver exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and manage ticket queues and assign resources accordingly
  • Review open tickets with resources
  • Update and schedule work in a timely fashion
  • Communicate and collaborate between teams regarding status of requests
  • Approve and post labor time entries
  • Monitor exceptions such as time entry issues and follow up with resources to address them.
  • Manage alerts as related to client satisfaction, revenue recognition and financial reporting through resolution
  • Other assigned tasks such as report creation and automation

What You’ll Need

  • Associate Degree in business or equivalent field preferred
  • Enjoy sailing through solving problems
  • Excellent time management habits
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • IT industry, especially Value-added reseller, experience is preferred.
