ITsavvy is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to monitor shipped orders, work closely with our client executives, and provide a positive client experience. This is a great opportunity for an organized individual looking to provide customer service and support in a dynamic and fast pace environment. The Sales Support Specialist role is a highly visible position and our team prides themselves on their attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills.
What You’ll Do
Manage open orders
Tracking of shipped orders
Outstanding customer service
Create invoices for orders
Collecting dues for invoices
Provide great first point of contact service
Solve client issues through an understanding of ITsavvy’s organization and structure
Works closely with the Client Executive team
What You’ll Need
1-2 years of experience in customer service or Sales Support role
Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Proficient interpersonal and email communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent time management skills
