Job Description

ITsavvy is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to monitor shipped orders, work closely with our client executives, and provide a positive client experience. This is a great opportunity for an organized individual looking to provide customer service and support in a dynamic and fast pace environment. The Sales Support Specialist role is a highly visible position and our team prides themselves on their attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Primary Accountabilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage open orders and track shipment details t of open orders.
  • Create invoices for orders.
  • Collecting dues for invoices.
  • Provide great first point of contact service.
  • Solve client issues through an understanding of ITsavvy’s organization and structure.
  • Works closely with the Client Executive team.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or Sales Support role.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal and email communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills.
