Primary Accountabilities

  • Manage open orders
  • Tracking of shipped orders
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Create invoices for orders
  • Collecting dues for invoices
  • Provide great first point of contact service
  • Solve client issues through an understanding of ITsavvy’s organization and structure
  • Works closely with the Client Executive team
