As the Partner Manager – HPE, you will be responsible for being an expert on the HPE brand partner programs, providing input into strategic business plans, ensuring ITsavvy is fully engaged with HPE and its programs to fully utilize the benefits that will help us to develop and grow sales within our commercial territory.

Primary Accountabilities

What You’ll Do

Sales Enablement

  • Work with Sales on providing correct and thorough Deal Registrations
  • Manage all demo unit requests for events and clients
  • Provide and co-brand client-facing product assets ie: white papers, data sheets for use in driving demand for ITsavvy’s HPE business
  • Manage the introduction of new products and associated partner employee training in conjunction with the HPE Channel Manager
  • Utilize the partner portal and its tools to collaborate with the ITsavvy sales team to generate new business

Sales Reporting

  • Monthly sales reporting and managing of opportunity pipeline
  • Managing sales opportunities to ensure proper engagement with the HPE team
  • Support distributor – lead incentives
  • Quarterly sales reports on all HPE and Aruba OEM and Compatibles
  • Manage all reporting and communications to ITsavvy HPE

New Business Development

  • Manage HPE MDF Funds
  • Review Sales Data at ITsavvy and provide insights for growth/development
  • Create ad hoc reporting to provide greater overview for HPE Channel Manager
  • Work with HPE Channel Manager on QBR and develop methods to grow or add-on to existing business
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products and co-develop strategies for increasing sales with HPE

Digital Marketing

  • Build HPE Act-On product templates
  • Develop & Execute Social Media Plan for HPE
  • Develop materials using HPE brand guidelines for efforts as needed
  • Work with outside agencies on any MDF planned digital efforts in support of HPE’s product line

Training & Collateral

  • Attend HPE webinars/training & communicate updates to sales teams as well as be a primary point of contact
  • Work with ITsavvy’s Advanced Solutions Group to manage certifications / maximize partner benefits from various partner levels
  • Coordinate local partner employee training, including New Product Introductions (NPIs), and other related HPE products and programs.
  • Manage all available HPE documentation resources on SavvyConnect (Sharepoint) and Microsoft teams

Goals

  • Work with Client Executives to drive incremental business to HPE with a 20% Year over Year growth
  • Partner more effectively with various points of contact at HPE to plan growth strategies by product category

 

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 
  • 2+ years of similar experience
  • Interest and proficiency in IT products and services
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
  • Great communication skills, in-person and virtually
  • Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
