Job Description

We have some of the most experienced, creative, and intelligent IT people on the planet, and we’re looking to add to our team. This fantastic opportunity is for a self-driven individual to work in a fast-paced sales environment. As the Partner Management Assistant, you will assist the Vice President of Partner Management in developing and maintaining ITsavvy’s relationships with distributors and manufacturers.

The ideal candidate is an individual who is engaging and has a high degree of empathy to ensure great relationships with our vendors. In the past, you’ve been accountable for being an independent worker and thriving in a role where you’ve earned a position of trust. It will be expected that you can achieve goals without a lot of direction and supervision. What You’ll Need

  • Manage the vendor setup process.
  • Manage partner portals and registration of new employees.
  • Assist with client events.
  • Implement and track vendor-sponsored lead programs and sales contests.
  • Manage MDF reimbursement processes.
  • Update SharePoint pages.
  • Contract management.
  • Organize content for emails, publications, website pages, and internal newsletters.
  • Schedule vendor training and coordinate lunches.
  • Manage vendor inbox and complete tasks accordingly.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for sales and vendor partners in the ITsavvy ecosystem.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and independently.
  • Photoshop, SharePoint, or Word Press experience a plus
