Job Description

Work with Sales on providing correct and thorough Deal Registrations for the endpoint product category (PCs, Notebooks, Accessories) of Dell Technologies business
Work within the Dell Technologies Partner Portal to identify sales enablement collateral for use with the ITsavvy sales team
Manage the introduction of new products and associated partner employee training in conjunction with the ITsavvy Dell Partner Manager and appropriate Dell endpoint team member
Work intimately with the Dell Inside Account Manager to improve the process and ultimately provide enhanced support to ITsavvy sellers in the order processing of their Dell endpoint business
Work with Dell Technologies Endpoint contact to determine incentive plans, sales initiatives, and end-user events
Reporting and Tracking
Monthly sales reporting and managing of opportunity pipeline
Manage lead tracking for any endpoint focused lead appointments
Support distributor – lead incentives by providing sales numbers
Quarterly sales reports on all Dell Endpoint Products by Category
Create ad hoc reporting to provide a greater overview for Dell EMC Channel Manager
New Business Development
Review Sales Data at ITsavvy and provide insights for growth/development
Develop and present QBR for ITsavvy and Dell review, highlighting methods used to grow or add-on to existing business
Manage and maintain accurate data on lead tracking in the Dell MDF portal.
Maintain knowledge of competitive products and co-develop strategies for increasing sales with Dell EMC.
Digital Marketing
Work within Dell Marketing Portal to identify and customize email templates for use with ITsavvy
Develop & Execute on Social Media Plan for Dell Technologies
Develop materials using Dell Technologies brand guidelines for efforts as needed
Work with outside agencies on any MDF planned digital efforts in support of Dell Technologies product line
Training & Collateral
Attend Dell Technologies endpoint webinars/trainings & communicate updates to sales teams as well as be a primary point of contact
Coordinate local partner employee training, including New Product Introductions (NPIs), and other related Dell Technologies endpoint products and programs.
Goals
Increase ITsavvy presence, attendance, and awareness of Dell Technologies events by 20%
Work with Client Executives to drive incremental endpoint business to Dell Technologies with a 20% Year over Year growth
Partner more effectively with various points of contact at Dell Technologies to plan growth strategies by endpoint and related accessory product categories

What You’ll Need
Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
