Job Description

ITsavvy is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of shipping, receiving, and routing for all Chromebooks under the ChromeCare warranty. In this role, you will facilitate communication between the production, sales, and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain for our clients.

Primary Accountabilities

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and routing of all Chromebooks under the ChromeCare warranty.
  • Receive and check-in all client devices and distribute to techs for repair.
  • Design routes effectively and efficiently for each client’s devices to be delivered and picked up each week.
  • Schedule routine maintenance on all vehicles with partner repair shops.
  • Keep detailed records of all routes and perform quantity checks for each client’s devices.
  • Research and follow up on devices not sent in or sent back in a timely fashion.
  • Create and maintain documentation on updated routing processes.
  • Communicates consistently with clients on logistics-based questions.
  • Provides feedback and coaching on routing processes to ChromeCare clients.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership for process improvement.
  • Assist in the organization and management of each route and shipping-based transportation.
  • Assist in the introduction and follow-up of each new client with the Director of Operations.
  • Perform internal projects as assigned.


What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2-year degree preferred.
  • Tow years of experience in inventory or administrative-related roles preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software or Ticketing software is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use complex math.
  • Advanced experience in Office Suite or equivalent programs, specifically Excel.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate ITsavvy’s value proposition and suite of offerings.
  • Must have time management skills and be able to operate with minimal supervision.
