Primary Accountabilities
Coordinate and assist imaging/image decommissioning support service efforts
Schedule imaging and image prep for desktops, laptops and mobile devices to achieve goals
Experience communicating daily real time documentation of transactions, issues, repairs and installation activities
Perform troubleshooting and analysis to resolve difficult issues escalated from technicians
Troubleshoot systems management to maximize uptime
Provide quick response time to prioritize and analyze problems and provide resolution
Ensuring integrity of electronic data records
Analyze equipment and inventory tracking to resolve discrepancies
Perform individual project reviews to assess quality, efficiency and compliance with requirements
Solid understanding of W7 and W10 installations
Research hardware and software literature to keep up to date on new products/service developments
Qualifications
3-4 years’ experience working in a hardware lab, demo lab, service desk, computer system repair, or PC deployment environment
3 years minimum experience with PC and Mac hardware and software implementations
3 years minimum experience troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN
Current Network+ certification /CCNA certification
Demonstrated ability to lead transition and to adapt to changes in procedures, assignments and priority
