ITsavvy is looking for a Contract Recruiter to hit the ground running in full-cycle recruitment. This position supports ITsavvy’s strategy to source and attract the best people to complement our growing team and strong culture.
What You’ll Do
Execute full-cycle recruiting and pipeline plans for Sales, Engineering, Sales Support, Technicians, Accounting and other positions.
Partner with hiring managers during recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes to understand hiring goals.
Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies to hire top performers in a timely manner.
Source qualified candidates through applicant tracking system, social media, job board, universities, career fairs, and networking.
Ensures that all on boarding paperwork for new hires has been completed and sent to appropriate groups for processing.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Conduct interviews, assessments, background verifications, reference checks, and offers.
Drive a positive candidate experience and support ITsavvy’s employment brand by being a brand ambassador.
Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle regularly and communicate status and results.
Develop strong business acumen within the areas of recruitment and information technology.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Collaborate with HR co-workers on projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
3+ years of experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
Natural relationship building skills, and passion for nurturing relationships both internally with stakeholders and externally with prospects.
Skills in the art of negotiation, and comfort managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer acceptances/declines.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
