Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Cold Calling

  • This will be an important part of the job and will be expected to make at the minimum 50 calls a day
  • You will be reaching out to people with various degrees of interest into the company and have to overcome objections
  • Using various methods to make contacts on top of calling (ie email, social selling, mailings, attend trade shows and various marketing initiatives)

Lead Nurturing

  • The primary focus on all leads is to convert them to a buying client
  • You will be following up with your leads on a regular basis to uncover new opportunities
  • You will work with your manager to create weekly campaigns (usually multiple) per week
  • Regular virtual on camera with clients to connect them with sales members, engineers, partner specialists
  • After the first purchase you will be expected to touch base with new clients

 

Training

  • Get regular training on the basics of technology to help you be able to better understand and sell
  • Have the ability to attend lunch and learns / webinars on specialized products and vendors

 

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 1+ years of similar experience
  • Diligent work ethic and strong interest in Partner Management
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
  • Great communication skills, in-person and virtually
  • Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
