Job Description

ITsavvy’s Public Sector team is growing and we are looking for an Apple subject matter expert to join our team! Our Public Sector sales team has been designed for those of us who are self-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will take charge of creating and maintaining strategic relationships with ITsavvy clients and leveraging your expertise to expand our Apple sales within the HiEd market reach. In this role, you will have a direct impact on one of the fastest-growing companies in Chicago and major schools in the country.

Apple Client Executive – Public Sector (HiEd) Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Develop Apple business with existing clients and establish new clients based on targeted Apple sales techniques by cold calling, client meetings, pitching and creative marketing.
  • Identify, create, develop and manage Apple sales opportunities to achieve sales target and goals.
  • Own the entire sales cycle and develop strategic relationships from prospecting clients.
  • Overcome client objections by demonstrating negotiation skills and ability to sell.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Director to develop an Apple sales strategy and set goals.
  • Work with dedicated Sales Support teams to resolve any client service issues, returns, and collections.
  • Help design and deliver high-end solutions to your clients with our in-house Advanced Solutions Group.
  • Build upon a general knowledge of IT software, hardware, and managed services that you pass on to potential clients.
  • Ensure ITsavvy clients receive a high level of satisfaction and Peace of Mind.
  • Branding ITsavvy as a top provider of IT Solutions.

Apple Client Executive – Public Sector (HiEd) Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of current experience in IT sales or business development role focused on HiEd.
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
  • Diligent work ethic.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to maintain a good network with Tier 1 Manufacturers.
