ITsavvy Gets Top ShoreTel Customer Service Rating

ADDISON, IL—ShoreTel, the cutting-edge provider of IP unified communications solutions, just recognized ITsavvy for an extremely high customer satisfaction rate for the 9-month period spanning July 2011 – March 2012. ITsavvy’s rating is higher than such companies as Costco, Apple and Amazon.com.
While ShoreTel has been conducting a survey of each end user after each installation since 2006, in July 2011 they started using the “Net Promoter Score” —which measures whether the end-user is a promoter of the manufacturer or installing company. A score of 50 and above is considered to be “world class”; ITsavvy scored a 67.
According to ShoreTel, this reflects an extraordinary level of professionalism, expertise and customer care in system design, network assessment, project management, end-user training and post-sale follow-up.
“Our ShoreTel customer satisfaction rate is indicative of the overall satisfaction that our clients have with all of our products and services,” said Mike Theriault, ITsavvy’s president and CEO. “We have always put a premium on customer service, but it’s rewarding to be recognized by a partner that we respect and value as much as ShoreTel.”
The satisfaction rate is the result of an objective third-party assessment.
