We’re so glad you asked. If seeing the new company name made you wonder if we were involved in an acquisition or merger, the answer is no. We’re still owned and managed by the same people that created this fast growing company. More importantly, we wanted to have a name that reflected our IT expertise beyond just computers. We’re more than just a products reseller. We are IT experts offering advanced solutions to your most critical IT needs. In fact, we’d love for you to learn more about our Advanced Solutions Group: Engineered Solutions, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions and Unified Communications. I get it. You’ve changed your name. Congrats to you, but how does it affect my client account?

We’ve already done all the behind-the-scenes work so the change is transparent on your end. All of your account login, account records, and account team components will remain the same. You’re welcome.

• Login and password (same)

• Account team members (no change)

• Account team functionality (set)

• Quotes (you’ll receive them the same way as before)

• Order Status (unaffected)

• Software Licensing (you’ll keep what you have)

• My Favorites (no change)

• Serial Number Tracking (ditto)

• Software License Manager (in place and unaffected)

But you must have updated email addresses?

Yes, your Client Executive’s email has changed domains. Please update your address books and switch from jsmith@B2Bcomp.com to jsmith@ITsavvy.com. (No worries if you can’t get to that anytime soon. For the time being, our @B2Bcomp.com domain will forward to @ITsavvy.com.) But please be sure to add events@ITsavvy.com so you get invites for all of our fabulous meetup events.

What about your federal tax ID?

Our federal tax ID is unchanged.

We can’t say that you won’t have to update any of your paperwork. But we’ve tried to make it easy for you. ITsavvy is a DBA (Doing Business As) for our old moniker, B2B Computer Products LLC. Hopefully all you have to do is change our name in your system, if that won’t work speak to your Client Executive, we will have a simple solution.

How about your bank details and “remit to” information?

Our bank details, ACH payments, address and wire transfer details are the same. However, please change the name of our company in your AP system to ITsavvy.
