ITsavvy believes in shaking up the IT industry, but every revolution needs a manifesto. Our 12 Guiding Principles are designed to give all of us the freedom to challenge our own expectations within a professional framework.
As we begin each week, we can use these principles as beacons for our actions and interactions both inside and outside the company. At the end of each week, we can reflect on our accomplishments and consider where we can make improvements.

We follow industry best practices and are transparent in all of our actions. We do not tolerate dishonesty.
Value each other
Titles indicate responsibility, but respect is universal. We show kindness and give respect to all clients and colleagues from day one.
Earn your stripes
We earn trust by closing the gaps between our intentions and our actions. We view trust as a conscious journey, not an endgame. It is a personal and professional ideal that we strive for every day.
Break new ground
We treasure our entrepreneurial spirit. We recognize that big rewards can only result from risk, and risk requires a leap of faith. We celebrate that.
Seek excellence, not perfection
We understand unintended consequences often lead to unexpected innovation, so it’s OK to make mistakes here, as long as we take responsibility and learn from them. This is how we strive for excellence.
Transform and improve
Our purpose is to be transformational. Clients look to us for our knowledge and expertise. This is how we foster long-term relationships. We seek opportunities to empower our clients – and each other – toward continual improvement.
Acknowledge the obligation
Our clients entrust us with their most valuable asset: their data. We recognize and accept the tremendous responsibility of being an IT provider. We are accountable for our actions, and we take ownership in what we do. No exceptions.
Check your ego
Success is hard work plus a little bit of luck. We are humble in our achievements and are mindful that success is a collective effort.
Move forward together
We are stronger as a whole than as individuals. Each of us contributes to our organization’s growth and success. We are not competing with each other, we are all moving toward the same goal line.
Sympathize and support
We are complex human beings, bringing much to our organization. Although work makes up most of our day, we accept that we have rich experiences and commitments that extend beyond the office. We share the joys and challenges that we experience in all parts of our lives.
Be mindful with words
We are intentionally thoughtful with our words. We understand that feedback is the path to personal growth, yet we must communicate with respect and with purpose.
